A splendid indie bottling of Indian single malt from the Paul John Distillery! After maturing in a single cask for four years between October 2016 and July 2021, this whisky was bottled up at a bold 57.6% ABV by the J&J Spirits Ltd for its Single Cask Nation series.
Bold barley, zesty honey, a touch of fennel, and crisp green apples with wafts of oak char.
Oatcakes with marmalade, creamy malt with hearty notes of anise and baking spice, ash lingers in the distance.
Rich robust coffee, roasty and gently earthen with dark chocolate, spiced nuts, and oaken caramel.
