A vintage addition to the Old Perth range, this blended malt combines liquids distilled in 1996 and matured in sherry casks. Balancing layers of sweet, sherry spice, with just a touch of elegant smoke on the finish, it certainly is a masterful blend! In 2021, the whisky was bottled up without chill-filtration and with no added colour, at a hefty 55.8% ABV. A total of 936 bottles were produced.
All the stewed fruits, topped with boozy raisins. Rich, malty oak.
Baked apple and pear, alongside peaches, apricots, and dates. Baking spice warmth creeps in, with just a whiff of candle wax and soft peat smoke.
Cinnamon, ginger, charred oak and soft smoke, sultanas, and jammy berries.
