A secret Speyside distillery single malt bottling from the Christie family that previously owned the North of Scotland grain distillery. This whisky is said to cross boundaries and enter new realms thanks to its finish in oak casks that previously held Prunelle (a type of plum liqueur). The whisky takes its name from The Wolf of Badenoch Alexander Stewart, a Scottish nobleman who had his own experience dealing with other realms as he's said to have died after losing a game of chess against the devil.
Sweet dried fruit, vanilla and prominent floral notes.
More fragrant fruit with the plums coming through, prunes too, plum wine, violets and dusty toffees.
Sweetpea, soft malt and fruit tang.
