Single grain from the North British distillery, independently bottled by Wemyss Malts. This one was distilled in 2008 and left to age in a single barrel until 2018, when it was bottled with a small outturn of only 248 bottles. It has been given the name Watermelon Wedge as a hint to its flavour profile...
Brown sugar, nutmeg and cedar, with hints of orange developing.
Blueberries, rye bread, cantaloupe and bubblegum.
Rounded sweetness of nectarine and red apple. Peppery spice lingers.
