This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled by North British in the Lowlands in 1991. A single cask bottling by Bartels Whisky for the His Excellency range at 49.2% ABV, with an outturn of just 180 bottles.
Banoffee pie and fresh cream leads, with some dry barley, warm toasted oak and prickles of nutmeg.
Slightly sickly sweet vanilla and praline is lifted by honeydew melon, oily walnut, white pepper and a whiff of smoke.
Salted popcorn, dry hay and a little polished oak round it off.
