Single cask single grain from the North British distillery, independently bottled by A.D. Rattray for their Cask Collection range. This was distilled all the way back in September 1991 and matured in a Sherry cask until June 2017, when it was bottled with an outturn of 533 bottles.
Similar aromas you'd find in an old fashioned sweet shop - bon-bons, red liquorice and chocolate fudge.
Strong coffee, raspberries and a touch of hot cinnamon.
Honey, nutmeg and a lingering sweetness of fresh strawberries.
