The third limited release from Nc'nean Quiet Rebels series, a very charming range that gives kudos to the team behind the Scottish distillery. For this edition, Nc'nean is honouring Gordon Wood, the distillery manager and a bit of an industry legend with over 20 years of experience. This is made from a marriage of whisky aged in shaved, toasted, and re-charred red wine casks (74%), sherry casks (19%), and Rivesaltes casks (7%).
Crème brûlée, tinned peaches, red berries, cinnamon, and orange peel.
Nectarines, spiced plum jam, oaky vanilla, and aromatic spice.
Caramel, oak char, and dark fruit.
