Combining a splendid blend of single malt whiskies, Naked Malt is allowed to mature in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The name refers to the fact that the casks have never held whisky before, meaning that all that rich, fruity sherry goodness is imparted straight into this tasty blend! Nice and versatile, it's a solid sipper and ideal to have handy when mixing up some cocktails!
Smooth and oily with notes of cherry compote, buttered granary toast, malt, custard and peach.
Sherried and thick with notes of sultanas, sticky toffee pudding, raspberry jam, Victoria sponge, custard and crème caramel.
Medium, with notes of cocoa, oak and just a soupcon of smoke on the very tail.

Absolutely beautiful, loved it. Very hard to come by in Galway Ireland though!! Lovely bottle.
Simply put, best I ever had!! I had this in Dubai and I have been looking for it In Kenya. Unfortunately I can't get it. I would recommend this to anyone out there who know what good whiskey is.
this whisky has a good nose, for blend standards. the dried fruits are obvious on the nose, and gives a nice and sweet scent. this blend is gentle and sweet on the palate, but the added caramel/honey flavour is hard to miss. the added flavour has changed the colour as well, but it only enhances its taste. best blend I have had so far. this whisky gets an eight (out of ten), because she deserves it! (mind you, this is not a malt rating)
I don't think I would have bought this off the shelf, but as I was given a bottle I thought it rude not to finish it. Ii very much enjoyed it as a decent, but not earth shattering, blend. Only later I discovetred it was a blend of HP and Macallan - both whisky's I am very fond of. I would definitely get another bottle for midweek drinking, but not Sunday Best.
This is a lovely and wonderfully inexepensive premium blend - I think its Highland Park and Macallan - so a fine pedigree. Great fruity nose, hint of dark cherry, thick and smooth palate again with fruit and hints of dark wood, and a subtle medium to long finish. At this price there's no excuse not to try it. And it's another one off Ian Buxton's list of "101 Whiskies to try before you die"
