Combining a splendid blend of single malt whiskies, Naked Malt is allowed to mature in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The name refers to the fact that the casks have never held whisky before, meaning that all that rich, fruity sherry goodness is imparted straight into this tasty blend! Nice and versatile, it's a solid sipper and ideal to have handy when mixing up some cocktails!
Smooth and oily with notes of cherry compote, buttered granary toast, malt, custard and peach.
Sherried and thick with notes of sultanas, sticky toffee pudding, raspberry jam, Victoria sponge, custard and crème caramel.
Medium, with notes of cocoa, oak and just a soupcon of smoke on the very tail.

Tasty with a little fruity after taste. Mild. JW Black Label is stronger and a little but Naked is very nice.
Great value with an interesting blend of young malts. I preferred the previous blended grain version that used older whiskies and had more balance and depth. I would love to try a 12 year old version of this as it has potential.
A lovely rich blended malt. I've always liked Grouse and this being grain free makes it smoother that the Famous Grouse, and only £20.00 from Amazon. An absolute bargain price for a superbly smooth 100% malt in a very cool bottle! Drink it neat, you won't be disappointed.
Smooth with hints of dried fruit nuts and cocoa. As a fan of the Macallan 12 Year Old Sherry matured single malt which retails for more than double the price of the Naked Grouse I enjoy this as a value whisky.
This is perfect sipping whisky. It is soo enjoyable! I've drank a lot of different types of whisky and all different styles but this bottle will be tanned very quickly compared to the others I have.
