Combining a splendid blend of single malt whiskies, Naked Malt is allowed to mature in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The name refers to the fact that the casks have never held whisky before, meaning that all that rich, fruity sherry goodness is imparted straight into this tasty blend! Nice and versatile, it's a solid sipper and ideal to have handy when mixing up some cocktails!
Smooth and oily with notes of cherry compote, buttered granary toast, malt, custard and peach.
Sherried and thick with notes of sultanas, sticky toffee pudding, raspberry jam, Victoria sponge, custard and crème caramel.
Medium, with notes of cocoa, oak and just a soupcon of smoke on the very tail.

Full of raisins and butterscotch on the nose, with a good dose of toasted brioche and ripe fruits as it opens out a bit more. Don't let the tasting notes here fool you, along with the evident sweetness there's also a gentle yet definite spice on the palate, tending towards cinnamon and black pepper. Warm oaky finish with good length. A lovely dram at this price, I am satisfied.
Surprisingly very nice. Not a Grouse fan at all but this dram is lovely.
You can't get any better fore the price, this in my opinion is better then Chivas 18. This is an impressive blend
Very good budget orientated Blended Malt. Straight forward, sweet and lightly smokey sherry bomb with a nice oily texture for 40%. Clean and zero sulfur and not over handed with oak. It is mostly Glenrothes with in the blend, the sweetish maltness of Glenrothes sticks out and Highland Park is used for seasoning. If there is any Macallan it is teaspooned in limited quantities.
Tasting notes from Master of Malt are spot on. Very very delicious...smooth and lingering. I make a general rule not to buy the same whisky twice but this one breaks that rule. Certainly tastes better than some of the more expensive single malts I've tried. Don't let its price or blended status deter you.
