Combining a splendid blend of single malt whiskies, Naked Malt is allowed to mature in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. The name refers to the fact that the casks have never held whisky before, meaning that all that rich, fruity sherry goodness is imparted straight into this tasty blend! Nice and versatile, it's a solid sipper and ideal to have handy when mixing up some cocktails!
Smooth and oily with notes of cherry compote, buttered granary toast, malt, custard and peach.
Sherried and thick with notes of sultanas, sticky toffee pudding, raspberry jam, Victoria sponge, custard and crème caramel.
Medium, with notes of cocoa, oak and just a soupcon of smoke on the very tail.

Really good at the price! Some depth to the nose, definitely getting the malt and vanilla. Tasting gives the expected flavours with just a bit of sweetness. Very nice as an 'everyday' to vary the cabinet.
The nose is cherries, honey, buttered biscuits and stone fruit. The palate is similar to the nose with the oak, bit of baking spice and a hint of smoke on the medium to long finish. Very enjoyable sipper that I want to explore further !
Strong but delicious
Wow. You have everything in there: sherry, a bit of ashy smoke, fruit, no bite. I could sip on it all day long. Light years ahead of (in)Famous blended offering. Delish!
Very smooth and easy to sip. Great value, for sure.
