From Japan's Nagahama distillery — located on the shores of Lake Biwa in the Shiga Prefecture — comes this delightfully peated single malt. The whisky was matured for three years in bourbon barrels, before being bottled at a punchy cask strength of 61.2% ABV. A medley of fruit notes are balanced by peppery spice here, with bold peat notes all the way through.
