This single malt Scotch whisky from Mortlach, distilled in 1997 and re-casked by Samaroli using new oak! Following that, it was bottled by the aforementioned Samaroli in 2017, with just 300 bottles produced.
Buttery biscuit, lemon zest, milk chocolate and warming hints of ginger and cinnamon.
Seedless raisins, stewed plums and lively pineapple notes rise among sugary oat biscuits with a touch of crushed almonds. It's subtly herbal, and peppered with oak spices.
Medium length, spicy malt and charred oak linger, as sweet spearmint softly forms the backdrop.
