This is a 16 year old Mortlach from Carn Mor's strictly limited range. It was distilled in 1996 and aged in two hogsheads before bottling in 2012.
Hints of allspice and orange peel. Dried herbs and linseed oil.
Buttery malt and spice. Honey, baklavas and cherry.
Spicy finish. Fruit.
A beautiful single malt... Very smooth taste with a fruity edge... Highly recommend this... Has a unusual fragrance... Love it
