A peaty variant of the excellent Monkey Shoulder blended malt! This expression retains all the elements that make it great for use in cocktails and mixed drinks, with the addition of soft peaty hints running through it. Ought to be good in a Penicillin cocktail or served with ginger ale...
Honeydew melon, flamed orange peel, a touch of Frazzles.
Vanilla sits at the core, its earthy notes bolstered by the peat running alongside it. Still enjoyably fruity.
Toffee Crisp bars and the last wafts of drying smoke.

For a blend I thought it was very good smooth feel if this was a starting point i think it's a good first port of call, low peat notes
As an avid fan of the original Monkey Shoulder, I find this A delightful addition to the Monkey Shoulder family. The same familiar caramel and vanilla notes with a feisty hit of peat which is strong on the nose, slightly muted on the palate (which was mildly disappointing) but lingers through a medium to long finish along with subtle Carmel covered chocolate notes. Would definitely recommend for those used to lighter drams but looking to venture into the world of peat.
Tastes almost like Laphroaigh. Too much Islay malt in it for my liking. The normal Monkey Shoulder is a better buy.
Pretty much the worst peated whisky I've tasted in recent times. Quite clearly for cocktails. The unpeated version is ok though....
Interesting blend, I quite liked it, smokey quite smooth for a NAS. It's alright, but there's better for the money.
