A fascinating single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, which has been matured at the lowest place on Earth - the Dead Sea, where the temperatures can reach as high at 50°C. That's quite a claim to fame for a whisky! It boasts big, intense notes of toasty spices and powerful vanilla, making for a distinctive flavour profile that you're unlikely to forget.
Milky coffee, cinnamon sticks with a few oaky notes to it, tobacco.
Toffee and toasted sugar, with cassia, liquorice, fragrant black tea, and chocolate in support.
A subtle salinity develops on the finish.

One of my favourites - tasting hints of salted caramel, quite a unique flavour. It is a little expensive due to the environment reducing the reuse of the casks but worth it!
