Wine Cask
Independent bottler The Heart Cut bagged a cask of single malt from Israel's Milk & Honey distillery, not any old cask either – this whisky matured in a pomegranate wine cask! Distilled in 2019, a total of 389 bottles were released in 2023.
Honeyed dates and dark chocolate lead the way, with earthy malt and salted caramel in tow.
Juicy sultanas, runny honey, and jammy, sweet red fruits are backed by rich oak and vanilla.
Stewed raspberries, cherry pastries, a touch of peppery oak.
