
Earls Island is a triple distilled, single pot still Irish whiskey from Micil. Treated to Bordeux red wine, and ex-peated cask finish, this whiskey is layered with ripe red fruit notes and subtle smoke.
Sweet vanilla custard, with spiced apple cake, and red summer berries.
Smoked salted almonds, berry compote, and plenty of baking spices.
The spices build, with hints of toasted marzipan.

Another favourite of mine from the Micil Distillery range. This one has berry fruits and cream on the nose. The palate has notes of almonds, berries and christmas pudding. The finish is smooth, spicy and some notes of marzipan. A superb whiskey for the price too.
Love this whiskey, smooth with caramel and vanilla aftertaste that's is almost bourbon like. Hats off to a distillery that is willing to try something different. Well worth the price
