Mellow Corn is a distinctive American whiskey produced by Heaven Hill Distillery. Classified as a straight corn whiskey, it is made with a mash bill of at least 80% corn, the remainder being a combination of malted barley and rye. It's aged in used oak barrels and has a light, golden colour and a bold flavour profile characterized by sweet corn, vanilla, and oak, with a touch of spice. Bottled at 50% ABV, it offers a strong, flavorful experience that stands out among other whiskies.

Bought this to try something different and must admit I'm enjoying it. Maybe not as sophisticated as some of the Scottish malts but IMHO it's up there with some of the pricier brands. It's a bit harsher than what I'm used to but, it's also very tasty and stronger than normal so gives a bit of a kick. For this price worth a try, maybe one of those Marmite type whiskies, you either love it or loathe it, personally I'm in the former camp.
I love this “I’m not buying it because the bottle looks cheep” corn whiskey. In fact it’s one of my favourite drinks
This is a wonderful, simple whiskey. For $12 it’s the best bottom shelf BIB i have had. It’s a very good, cheap alternative to bourbon.
I am halfway through my first bottle and it tastes smoother each time I try it. Lots of flavour,a satisfying drink. Will I buy it again. You bet......
I have tried a few bottles and it is an interesting switch over from Wild Turkey (100). Strong but really smooth and a must drink on it s own. Don't mix it, you will lose the peppery/sweet after taste. Yes, I will keep buying this baby.
