
An impressively smoky single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed distillery on the Isle of Islay, independently bottled by us for our very own Single Cask Series! This Williamson was aged in a hogshead cask for 6 years, from the 24th of October 2009 to the 14th of October 2016. After that, we bottled it up at cask strength without any of that chill-filtration or any of those additional colours.
Richly smoky - bonfire embers and freshly charred oak. Cider apples and buttery shortbread soon follow.
Well-charred BBQ pork with a touch of ash. Grilled bananas, dry oak and ground cumin.
Slightly floral malt, savoury exotic spices and salted caramel.
