Rewind to the year 1994. Somewhere, in the Speyside region of Scotland, folk were hard at work, distilling what would one day become an exquisite single malt. The whisky was filled into ex-bourbon casks and given time to bask in the rich, mellowing oak. Fast forward two dozen years, to 2019, and the exquisiteness was in full swing, so our gang of barrel geeks and expert nosers here at MoM Towers decided it was good and ready for optimum enjoyment. A release of 171 bottles of this marvellous, and mysterious Speyside single malt.
Honeyed oak and baking spices mingle with delicate whispers of peat smoke and toasted teacakes.
A touch of floral honeysuckle surfaces between robust, oily malt and grilled almonds. Tangy marmalade creeps at the edges, with a prickle of spice.
Nutty cacao and a reappearance of that delicate peat smoke linger, alongside sweet spices, and a touch of peppery oak.

Oily, smokey, tastey.
Bought 2 bottles of these based on the Peaty description. More than satisfied the palate. Excellent and exactly as described. Well done MoM. Is it a Dailuaine? Please let me know. Thank you.
