We've got a secret. Knew that would intrigue you... Did you think we were going to tell you? We'd love to but we can't! Fortunately, it's just disclosing the distillery name that's off-limits with this single malt. We're allowed to share the liquid with you, which honestly, we're half glad, half unsure about, as it's one of those we'd happily stash away all for ourselves. Matured in an oloroso sherry butt for 21 years between 1997 and 2018, a total of 671 bottles join our own single cask bottling collection.

Honeycomb, butterscotch flavoured Angel Delight, cobnut brittle, caramelised biscuits, leading to baked apples and flaky, buttery pastry.
Vanilla fudge coats the palate before an abundance of orchard fruits arrive. Cooked apples, juicy pears, peaches, and plums are all at the party, with decadent layers of chocolate hazelnut.
Elegant spices join towards the end, lingering at the edges to bring a gentle warmth to the fruit rave that is still blaring out beats.
Tastes like GF 21, just at a cask Strength. Bit too pricy for this. After the price increase, I also no longer buy any GF...
A super whisky! Caramel & strawberry on the nose & much more. Taste certainly lived up to expectations, it smooth, sweetish with just a touch of peatiness. The aftertaste inspired my Son-in-Law & me to declare it our favourite. A Beautiful dram!!
