This single malt comes from the section of our warehouse labelled "Top Secret". Mysterious right? We managed to gather a bit of info for you, so here goes: It was distilled in 2009 somewhere in the Speyside region (that's the secret bit). Nine years passed by, while the whisky rested in a refill hogshead, which we tapped open to release a total of 138 bottles back in 2019.

Sweet and tart notes of yuzu and plum with fresh doughy bread coming through. Buttered popcorn, soft fudge, and crumbly sugared shortbread follow.
A tickle of spice leads, soon enveloped by vanilla custard and chantilly cream. Baked stone fruits join, with buttery sponge, warm toffee, and just a dash of clove.
Mouth-filling and creamy with comforting layers of bready malt and peppery spice edging in softly, more tangy plums, and a sweet, buttery finish.
