Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Big on butter, fudge and sherry, with great oak integration and orangey notes. Madeira. A touch of white pepper, sultanas and apricots.
Palate
Rounded and soft with a sweet, malty flavour. Acacia honey, lemon sherbet and toasty oak hidden underneath.
Finish
Medium length with sweet exotic spices and dried fruit.
Overall
An incredibly fruity Speyside malt.
