A Secret Speyside Distillery 12 Year Old 2011 (Master of Malt)
This tremendous Speysider joins our own exclusive Master of Malt collection! Distilled in 2011, the single malt spent a dozen years maturing, beginning in an oloroso octave and finishing in a refill hogshead that yielded a total of 233 bottles when it was opened in 2024.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet, zesty orange peels, buttery flapjack and shortbread lead to yeasty sourdough, Malted Milk biscuits, a touch of dried raspberry and white chocolate.
Palate
Silky soft with layers of vanilla cream with peaches, buttery barley, crumbly fudge, and stewed stone fruits. Warm, runny toffee and toasted oak join a touch of pepper in time.
Finish
Caramel, vanilla, and oaken spices linger alongside vibrant malt, marzipan, poached plums, and sponge cake.
