13-year-old single malt Scotch from Mannochmore, independently bottled by Dràm Mòr. This Speysider matured in a single bourbon hogshead, yielding a total of 275 bottles when it was opened.
Fresh apples and grapes are joined by sultanas and dates, while ginger spiced honey and pepper follow in the distance.
Layers of juicy fruit and barley, with more apples, and zesty citrus balancing notes of peppery oak and clove.
Vanilla, nutmeg, and ginger gather alongside the fruit for a softly spicy finish.
