Mannochmore 1999 Bottling Note

A 1999 vintage of cask strength Mannochmore, aged in single cask 5398 and bottled in 2011 by top wine and spirits merchants Berry Brothers and Rudd.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Very interesting and creamy. Lots of vanilla, cut hay, pears, apples, malt, some oak, spice, a hint of chocolate and nuttiness.

Palate: A rich, spicy dram which offers lots of apple notes, even a hint of calvados. Creamy vanilla, strudel, spices and oak. Very fruity, slightly herbal too, and woody.

Finish: Good length. Spiced and tingling.
