Mackmyra Intelligens - AI:02
This is the second release in the Mackmyra Intelligens series, which has been created using artificial intelligence under supervision of Mackmyra master blender Angela D'Orazio. The AI, which was developed by Fourkind, takes in all kinds of data from Mackmyra's existing recipes, as well as sales data and customer preferences, and can make its own recipes using it – which is what we've got right here. Marvellous single malt Swedish whisky, made by an AI. The future is here, folks.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sugared peels and a hint of raspberry, soft smoke, toasted cedar.
Palate
Vanilla sponge cake with hints of pine, cider, and caraway underneath.
Finish
Quite long with hints of white chocolate and lemon.
