This is the second release in the Mackmyra Intelligens series, which has been created using artificial intelligence under supervision of Mackmyra master blender Angela D'Orazio. The AI, which was developed by Fourkind, takes in all kinds of data from Mackmyra's existing recipes, as well as sales data and customer preferences, and can make its own recipes using it – which is what we've got right here. Vanilla sponge cake with hints of pine, cider, and caraway underneath.
Quite long with hints of white chocolate and lemon.
This is a young whiskey but don’t let that put you off. Clean, light and fruity with the merest hint of smoke on the nose. Fruity with vanilla and nuts but with an overwhelming sense of new wood on the palate. A lingering finish with slight smokiness and spices. Well worth a try
