Apparently the work of the devil himself, Lucifer's Gold is made with a blend of one part Scotch whisky, one part Kentucky bourbon. The result is a smooth tipple with the fruitiness and spice that you'd expect from Scotch, balanced with vanilla and charred oak notes from bourbon - devilishly good.
Buttery at first. Dried peels and a touch of raisin. Toasted oak staves.
More toasty warmth, with chewy dates and walnuts in support. Sweet custard notes throughout.
Lasting cinnamon and pepper.
