This is the third and final Fallow Edition from Lochlea, and marks an impressive close to the trilogy. The single malt is older than its two predecessors and spent its time maturing in a selection of first-fill oloroso sherry butts from Jerez, resulting in a decadent, dark sipper, brimming with layers of baked apple, dates, and nutty malt loaf.
