Loch Lomond 25 Year Old - Lee Westwood Single Cask
This expression from the Loch Lomond Distillery was created in partnership with Lee Westwood, the professional golfer! It's a 25 year old single malt, drawn from a single American oak cask which was laid down back in 1996 and allowed to rest for quarter of a century. Following that, it was bottled up in June 2021 at cask strength, with an outturn of 254 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Sweet vanilla fudge and juicy pineapple.
Palate
Very fruity with bursts of fresh ripe peach and crisp apple, followed by caramel sweetness and toasted oak.
Finish
Long and lingering ginger and cinnamon spice.
