Loch Lomond continues its Open Course Collection and celebrates the 2026 154th Open golf tournament at Royal Birkdale with this impressive single malt. This whisky was drawn exclusively from Loch Lomond's unique straight neck stills in 2006 and matured for the next 19 years. The whisky finished with a six-month stay in a host of tawny Port casks, bringing generous notes of ripe red fruits and warming spice to the distillery's signature notes of fruit, honey, and soft smoke.
Toasted oak, apple, ginger and vanilla.
Toffee, pineapple, lemon and cinnamon spice, with red berries and dried fruits from the Tawny Port casks.
Long, with warming oak spice, dried fruit sweetness and soft smoke.
