Bourbon
A single cask bottling of Inchmurrin single malt, which is one of the many names that Loch Lomond's lovely whisky can be found under. This unpeated expression was distilled back in February 1997, and left to age in a single bourbon barrel for 24 years, before eventually being bottled up by Chorlton Whisky. A small release of just 147 bottles.
Juicy orange and dried peels, with a hint of camphor growing the longer it's in the glass.
Runny honey and maple syrup, with buttery shortbread and tinned peaches in support.
Lasting oaky spices, with toasted sesame seeds alongside it.
