Elegant notes of seaweed and rock pools are backed by tangy stone fruits and a touch of melon, welcoming the way for softly herbaceous smoke in time.
Salted peanut brittle, buttered malt loaf, and some earthy notes of stewed tea are joined by fiery candied ginger.
The seaside salinity lingers, bringing flinty smoke and charcoal alongside drying, woody spice.
