High Commissioner is a blend of various malt and grain whiskies. It's actually not that bad, with a pretty decent balance of flavour.
I've been drinking this for years! I have about 40 top end single malts in my collection, so I use high commissioner for a mixing whiskey. Goes amazing with 7up, tonic, even fruitier sodas and Redbull. For the price you can't go wrong.

Given a bottle of this whisky for my birthday. Took one sip and poured the rest down the sink. I would rather drink cleaning fluid.
