High Commissioner is a blend of various malt and grain whiskies. It's actually not that bad, with a pretty decent balance of flavour.
wouldn't clean an engine with this vile beverage. Remove it from the market quickly before someone becomes realy ill
A really good smooth whiskey with a pleasant aftertaste. Remarkable for the price. My first choice every time. I only wished that more pubs would stock it.
Not bad at all. Smooth. Clear defined taste. Definitely better than some other blends I had tried.
