A Salt on the Senses 15 Year Old 2007 - Wemyss Malts (Croftengea) 70cl Whisky
A Salt on the Senses 15 Year Old 2007 - Wemyss Malts (Croftengea)
Distilled at Loch Lomond in 2007 under the Croftengea name, which the distillery uses for its peaty single malt. This single cask release matured for 15 years in a hogshead, before it was opened by indie bottler Wemyss Malts, producing a limited outturn of 349 bottles. Named 'A Salt on the Senses', it's certainly more balanced than the name suggests and would please any fan of Highland single malt Scotch.
