Indie Inchmurrin here, bottled by Bartels Whisky for their Highland laird range. This was distilled in 1984 and matured for 31 years in a single bourbon barrel before being bottled at 47% ABV.
Spicy clove and cumin, though well-balanced by waves of honey and sponge cake.
Fresh ginger, dried flower petals and more of the honey from the nose. Oak develops through the mid-palate.
Creamy vanilla. Mint chocolate and dark coffee.
