Like mysteries and whisky? Well, this'll be for you - a tasty 12 year old single malt from an undisclosed Scottish distillery, bottled for the Lismore range.
Herbaceous and grassy, with an underlying note of vanilla bean.
Burnt sugar and coffee bean. A light touch of the aforementioned grassy notes.
Heavy malt and barley sugar.

A lovely scotch especially for the price. My first time trying it and I am glad I tried it.
very nice this and also nice with a little o2 as well; maybe nicer. owned by glenfarclas, so likely to be one of theirs' and has many of their traits. for the money you cant go wrong here. struth
Nicely sherried, nothing is overpowering, good balance. For the price I think it is a steal. Taste is simple but robust, vivid. I opened a bottle yesterday and from the outset this is fantastic sipping whiskey.
First time of trying any of the Lismore range. Noticed that the Whisky was very pale in Colour when poured, but looked good in the glass. The first glass went down very well, very little to no after burn. Must admit, I did not think it would be this good, now wrong I was. Now I will have to try my Lismore bottlings.
Very Glenfarclas like. Not as sherried as their regular 12 but with an added smokiness that makes this very interesting. Great alternative to the official bottling and great value too. Yum
