If you love your indie Linkwood bottlings then you're in for a treat here! This single malt was distilled in 2008 and matured for 13 years, including time in a first fill sherry hogshead. In 2021, the cask was opened by The Red Cask Co., releasing an outturn of 269 bottles, at a cask strength of 58.8% ABV.
Apple strudel sprinkled with crunchy brown sugar and a dusting of cinnamon, rich oak with layers of sweet toasted nuts.
Sweet cocoa, baked orchard fruits, silky notes of floral honey, and cakey spice, with prickles of pepper slowly building.
Sticky ginger cake, dark chocolate, creamy oak with a bold and warming finish.
