A tasty Linkwood from wonderful indie bottler The Sipping Shed! Once distilled, the Speysider was left in a single bourbon hogshead for over a decade. At 11 years old, it was independently bottled at cask strength, 59% ABV, with an outturn of a limited 267 bottles.
Apricot jam, citrus boiled sweeties, Jelly Babies, dark berry coulis and fresh mint leaves.
Apricot and pear, butterscotch and liquorice allsorts, with drying oak spice and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
Fruity freshness fades alongside spicy oak.
