From Islay's legendary Laphroaig Distillery comes this superb single malt. Distilled in September 2005, it was filled into a single cask, which was then selected by independent bottler Duncan Taylor, releasing a total of 284 bottles in February 2022.
A good dose of charcoal, bold barley, and zesty, oily citrus.
Smouldering embers with plenty of peaty iodine and charred oak, with hints of plum and more waxy citrus zest beneath.
Warming pepper, earthy with more vegetal peat and rich, spiced malt.
