Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey
A blended malt from the Lambay range, made with malts from a selection of Irish distilleries alongside its own single malt. A combination of bourbon cask maturation and a Cognac cask finish make up this one, and like all expressions from the distillery it's brought down to bottling strength with Trinity Well water.

Nose
Digestive biscuits and freshly baked banana bread, with date sweetness alongside vanilla orchid.
Palate
Gingersnap biscuits alongside berries and white chocolate sauce.
Finish
Oily malt lingers alongside a touch of fig.
