Lagavulin releases a limited edition single malt each year for the Islay Jazz Festival, and they're top stuff. As the festival was celebrating its 21st year in 2019, the distillery decided to bottle up a 21 year old expression for the occasion! It was aged in a combo of refill and recharred American oak hogsheads, and bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 2,004 bottles.
