Behold, the 2003 vintage of Lagavulin's Distillers Edition! The single malt was finished in casks which previously held sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry before it was bottled in 2019. If you like your savoury, maritime smoke alongside a good dose of jammy berry notes, this'll be right up your street!
Salted dark chocolate, smoked almond and juicy dried fruit, with cooked plum.
Peat smoke shrouds sweet notes of prune and date, with cinnamon spice, toasty oak and stewed cherry.
Dark mint chocolate and beach bonfire.
Perfect addition to any bar
Possibly the nicest whisky that i have tasted to date
