A pair of collectable single malts from Lagavulin, released in consecutive years as part of Diageo's annual Special Releases. The 2024 edition is matured in first-fill bourbon oak casks and refill casks before being bottled at a boisterous 57.4% ABV. 2023's release also spent a dozen years maturing, but this fascinating edition was treated to a finish in Don Julio Añejo Tequila casks!
