An independent bottling of Finnish malt rye whisky from Kyrö, released by The Heart Cut. Distilled in 2018, the whisky matured in a single new American oak cask for four years, yielding a total of 361 bottles when it was opened in 2023.
Zesty marmalade and honeyed apricot, a touch of coffee and cacao.
Granola cookies, honeyed rye bread, candied orange peels, peppercorns, and vanilla.
Sweet peaches and rye spice, with flapjack and toffee.
I'm a big fan of Kyrö Whisky, this is my absolute favourite ?
