French peated single malt whisky distilled at Kornog in 2006. This single cask whisky matured for an impressive 16 years before being bottled in 2022 by Berry Bros. & Rudd, naturally coloured and without chill filtration. Only 152 bottles were produced.
The nose displays an enticing fruity basket of plums and caramelised pears delicately entangled in smoke. Vanilla lusciously swirls up with a briny whiff.
The palate is oily, almost velvety and brings out flavours of banoffee pie and intense fruit.
A lingering finish with ginger, liquorice with vetiver.
