The An Cnoc 1998 is a limited release for 2012 from the Knockdhu distillery. This whisky possesses great drinkability and would make an excellent pre-dinner drink.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Honey, lemon and vanilla, just like a hot toddy.
Palate
Fruity at first but develops into lemon sherbert, and towards the finish there is a little bit of peat swirling around.
Finish
Chocolate eclairs and yellow jelly babies.
Overall
Full-bodied and smooth; this dram is remarkably drinkable and would make a great apertif.
